How will my media be delivered?
You will set the date that something is to be delivered, say a loved ones 21st birthday. Only if we believe you have passed will your items be delivered. This will be delivered by email into your beneficiaries.
Will my family or next of kin have to pay my subscription when I am no longer here?
No, the platform and business model is designed for this, as long as we have enough paying subscribers to cover the overheads, ewysh will continue delivering your cards, videos and personalised messages.
Will my messages be delivered if I am alive?
No, unless we have been told otherwise or we believe you have passed. It is important that any alerts asking about your health, to you or your next of kin are addresses. If you or your next of kin doesn't follow the alerts we issue, we may assume you have passed and therefore deliver your messages. We will do this as we are responsible for delivering your special messages when you are no longer here, this is what your subscription is for.
What if I am terminally ill?
Feel free to use us, we welcome all customers, even if they only subscribe for a short period, we will still deliver your messages.
How long in the future do I leave media for?
As long as you want; however, please think about how long will your family want to keep remembering you for and when it is the right time for the messages to stop. The whole purpose of the platform is to ensure you don't miss big milestones you thought you would be here for. This is your way of giving them a special message, but only if you are not here in body.
How will you know if I have passed?
The first indicator is your card declining our very small payment. However, it is also the responsibility of your next of kin nominee(s) to alert us, so that we can activate your media vault and deliver your special messages. If you card is declined, we will email you first so you can update the payment details. If you don't respond, we will contact your nominated Next of kin's who should then authorise us to activate your media.

What if you go out of business?
This is unlikely as the development cost has already been invested, and the storage space is paid for by active subscribers. However, all media is downloadable so your next of kin can deliver it to your loved ones if the highly unlikely event ewysh was no longer here.
